ROCA is a student hall for young women. It is a family business founded in 1964, which lodges young university women either of Spanish nationality or foreigners. During the summer period, i.e., during the months of July, August and September, the hall is also open for young men.

It is located in a nice residential area of Barcelona, in La Bonanova and Sarriá-Sant Gervasi neighbourhood.

The student hall is extremely well communicated either with the University area or with the centre of the city.
